When you use the contact, careers or academy forms, we keep your name, email address, optional phone number and your message.
How we use it
We use your details only to run your appointment, answer your message and get in touch about it. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Payments are made in person at the shop. We do not collect card details on this website.
Emails
Booking confirmations are sent by email. Our emails include open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, so we can make sure confirmations reach you.
Visitor statistics
We count visits to this website with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and do not identify you personally.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the shop and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
